Our last house was 20 years old and was never updated. The downstairs powder room was our only available bathroom for guests because the upstairs bathroom were all inside of bedrooms. It was dark and smelled terrible so we decided to renovate it first.
Our back yard was small with lots of obstacles yet somehow we created a beautiful low maintenance space that had everything we need.
This is our second pop-up trailer flip. It was a complete tear out. It has a new frame, electrical, walls, beds, and more.
This was the second camper we ever bought but the first camper we renovated. It was a great camper that just needed a scrub and some TLC.
The Grownups got a mini update until the fall when we have a large renovation. For now, we just wanted to upgrade to an adult bed, a sitting area and black window trim.

We have BIG plans for this room but it is not going to be cheap so we are doing it in stages. My youngest is our pink kid so I am embracing it and making The Pink Room.
We had $750 to spruce up this space and that budget had to include a new industrial sink. Could we do it? Eek!
There was a large wall that divided our unit from the one next to us. It had never been painted and had 20 years of dings and grim and holes in it. It was due for a facelift.
